Classroom Rules

I believe that a structured learning environment is crucial to student achievement. As a result, there are certain rules that I expect each child to follow in order for them to learn as much as possible. These rules are posted in the classroom and are discussed with and communicated to your child many times. When your child has to pull a card, I expect him or her to tell me the classroom rule that has been broken.

1. Listen to the person who is speaking.

2. Give 100% in your work and in your behavior.

3. Respect others, their space, and school property.

4. Put things away neatly.

5. Use a soft voice.

6. Use your manners all of the time.

7. Raise your hand before you speak.

8. Stay in your seat.

9. Follow line basics.

10. No tattling.
